What data do we collect?

When you book a coaching session, or register for our newsletter, a workshop, a course, or have made another purchase, you will be asked to fill in your details. We only process the data that you provide to us. This can be the following information:

What do we use the personal data for?

The data is collected and stored for the following purposes:

We use your first and last names, and your e-mail address to send confirmation e-mail attachments, purchase confirmations, e-mail notifications about your sessions, workshop notifications, and purchases. For those who have subscribed to the newsletter (LadyZine) will receive updates on events, services, content relevant to the Juel McNeilly and Ladyliciousness brands, and commercial newsletters. We only do this with the information we have obtained from you when registering for a session, a workshop, an event, or when subscribing to the newsletter. Not with data that has arrived via other means.

Your first name, e-mail address and telephone number you enter will be used to respond to a contact request, to be able to contact you with any changes within our schedule that are important to you. If you have joined workshops, or events; to contact you to ask for your experience and to be able to make an offer. We store this data in Nimble, vCita and MailChimp.

Juel McNeilly and Nimble

Nimble serves as the CRM (customer relations management system) for Juel McNeilly. All contacts, and potential client information is kept in Nimble. Information stored in Nimble is not used for marketing purposes, relating to “unsubscribing” or “consent”.

Juel McNeilly and MailChimp

If you are registered for our newsletter and do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, you can unsubscribe at any time by using the link at the bottom of the e-mail or by contacting us.

Your e-mail address will immediately be removed from our database and will not be saved.

Your personal data is stored in our e-mail system and this goes via the MailChimp servers. The MailChimp servers are located in the United States. Your data can therefore be transferred, stored and processed in the United States.

Juel McNeilly and vCita

When registering for coaching sessions, your personal data will be stored on the vCita servers. More information about vCita’s privacy policy, and GDPR compliance, can be found here.

We use the data provided by you to make purchases and registrations for sessions, lessons, workshops, etc. fast and smooth. We will not sell and / or provide your information to third parties. Your data will only be made available to third parties if they are involved in processing your order.

When paying in the vCita interface for Juel McNeilly and/or Ladyliciousness, you are always referred to the website of a so-called Payment Processor by means of a secure connection. Your payment details (Credit Card numbers or IDEAL data) are not passed on to our servers and are therefore not stored by Juel McNeilly. The data we store includes the following:

First and Last Name
To have the right person in our sessions, classes, events, workshops.

Address, Postal code and City
We use this address to know where our customers come from, and to send an occasional special thank you card to VIP clients.

Telephone Number

We use this for intro calls to discuss coaching needs, approaches, and the path.
If we want to inform you about your registration, align scheduling, or to pass on modified information at the last moment, we will also do this by telephone at certain times. This is only required for personal coaching clients, not for any other type of client.

Skype Logon

We use this for online coaching sessions, and intro sessions.

Date of Birth
We use the date of birth because we like to know the average age of our customers so that we can create the best possible offers. In addition, we sometimes give nice birthday presents.

e-mail Address
With every registration or purchase you will receive confirmation from us by e-mail.

IBAN number
Your IBAN number is only passed on to us via a SEPA direct debit form in the studio or via the appropriate subscription form on our website when you take out a Membership that is paid by direct debit. We use your IBAN number only to collect the money from your Membership.
