But we CAN also rely on ourselves to produce the oxytocin we need to help us lower stress in this fast paced, impulse driven world. Basically, when it comes to lowering stress, we need all the support we can get. Am I right?
What is Oxytocin? often called the ‘love’ hormone – is a naturally occurring hormone in humans. It’s responsible for feelings of connection, closeness, and calm. And plays an important role in reducing stress in women.
