I call it our Ladyliciousness.

Imagine a world where women truly acknowledged how completely and wonderfully unique we all are, where each and every one of us instinctively knew that we perceived life in our own distinctive way. That we understood that it was quite impossible to truly judge another person through their behaviors, cause we knew that we were more than a just a compilation of actions. In this world, we could free ourselves from the insecurities and fears that hold us back, because we would know that true freedom lives here, on both an individual and womanhood scale.

There isn’t a single person out there who truly knows precisely how another person experiences life. Understanding this creates space to drop all masks, and do what we’re are truly supposed to do.001RGB.jpg

This is a fast-paced world we live in, where most people exist solely in their heads. While everyone seems to know how incredibly important it is to give it a break sometimes – for peace and quiet, to ground, or just to get rid of the overwhelm that can be our world on occasion. It takes us loads of effort, and determination to even embrace getting out of it, as we seem to have been well trained into believing that we can solve everything through thinking. Self-awareness and re-connecting into your body is key to re-establishing a flowing balance between body and mind. It provides a baseline to light, and nourish, your inner fire, guiding you towards the life you want.

Through my work, I do my best to pass on everything I’ve learned along the way. Something I wished someone would have passed onto me, on this journey of womanhood. I spent a decade in highly male dominated corporate environments, where women were rewarded for acting like men. There wasn’t any room for more engaging leadership, and in the midst of women unhealthily struggling to fit the mold, I lacked role models – the mentality was to conform, or get out. This kind of experience, goes beyond office doors for women in many aspects. I learned that regardless of what my body was going through, I had to show up, perform and feel exactly the same. Every. Single. Day. I’ve stopped assuming that dynamic, professional women had someone to talk to – and decided it was time to face my own fears, open up, reach out and share what I’ve learned.

Every single woman deserves to live a life where they feel connected to themselves, so they can express their unique feminine nature with its full force. This wild, unruly power is part of our natural essence as women. It is revealed once all of the layers of personal, cultural and societal conditioning have been removed. I call it our Ladyliciousness. Our society doesn’t actively encourage women to express it. It takes conscious intention, courage, and willingness to open up your perceptions. That will free you from the patterns, labels and projections placed on you, or that you place on yourself. Wouldn’t it be amazing if women felt amazing in their journey towards embodying and expressing their full essence? Women who are connected to it, naturally radiate from the inside out, showing their confidence, vulnerability, passion, sexiness, sensuality, health, happiness…. which woman out there doesn’t want to feel that?

This is a call to all women to empower themselves, and set their inner voice free. Our feminine natures combined creates a kaleidoscope of incredible colours of every sort, swirling around like beautiful music, undulating and flowing with the touch of life. It was never intended to be controlled. We are meant to be emotional, sensual, creative, life giving, nurturing, expressive, unique, sexy beings – it’s inherent to our nature. There’s nothing at all wrong with you, as the world may sometimes have you feel – this is part of what makes you beautiful and amazing.

It’s time to embrace yourself.

I want to make a difference in how women perceive themselves, take care of themselves, express themselves and support each other. I will strive to share everything I feel will support you in your journey of figuring yourself out, and becoming the lady you were born to be!
