Senses are how we absorb the world around us, they are what shape our experiences in life. Try this little exploration to increase your self-awareness, become more mindful about your senses, and open yourself up to the delightful world around you.
What are your favourite colours, sounds, smells, tastes, sights, views, sensations, and/or musical experiences? Exercise your sensory muscles, by taking moments throughout your day to pause, recognise and note them down. Have fun!
